Real Life Stories
ukAlan

Alan decided to forego presents for his 60th birthday and instead celebrate it by raising money for Malaria No More UK.
Alan’s wife and children, Ann, Alison, Alex, and Andrew set up a JustGiving page to make it easy for friends and family to donate. Alison said “my Dad is a nightmare to buy presents for so we decided to organise something a little more creative for his special birthday!”
Alan and his family chose to support Malaria No More UK after seeing its devastating effects when they were living in Kenya and the Far East. In just over a month they raised an amazing £1,312.90 – enough to buy 262 bed nets!
