Sarah Kline, Executive Director

Sarah Kline was recruited to set up Malaria No More UK in November 2008. She is responsible for the strategy and financial management of the organisation, managing the MNMUK team, and managing relations with key funders, and she leads our leads high level influencing activities.

Arabella Gilchrist, Director of Communications

Arabella joined Malaria No More UK in late October 2009. She came from a media branding and promotion branding background, having worked as a Writer, Creative, Producer and Director at STAR in Hong Kong , SKY and the BBC/Red Bee Media.

Roz Hunt, Media & Communications Manager

Roz was employee number three at Malaria No More UK joining early April 2009 in time for the charity’s launch! Roz’s role covers media and PR, including exploring new ways to make malaria an issue of interest and relevance to the UK public.

Helen Mabberley, Fundraising Manager


Helen joined Malaria No More UK in April 2010 following 10 years delivering and managing fundraising programmes at a stimulating mix of both small and large UK charities, including The Variety Club Children’s Charity, COSMIC (Children of St Mary’s Intensive Care) and The National Autistic Society.

Angela Miles, Projects Officer

Angela joined Malaria No More UK in July 2009 having volunteered for the charity for a several months following our launch. As Projects Officer, Angela has responsibility for special projects, including our online communications and fundraising and social networking activities.

Annemarie Meyer, Programme and Policy Manager

Annemarie Meyer is the newest full-time member of the Malaria No More UK team, joining us in September 2010. She is responsible for leading our Africa programme investments and driving policy and advocacy work with Sarah.

Charlotte Dando, Faiths Act Fellow at Malaria No More UK

Charlotte joined Malaria No More UK in July 2011 as part of the 12 months Faiths Act Fellowship scheme, working in partnership with the Tony Blair Faith Foundation. Charlotte has six years of work experience at a variety of not-for-profit organisations, most recently spending three years organising overseas voluntary placements for the charity ICYE UK where she also developed the organisation’s marketing strategy and volunteer training materials. Charlotte has recently graduated from Kings’ College, London with a degree in ‘Religion in the Contemporary World’.

Usman Nawaz, Faiths Act Fellow at Malaria No More UK

Usman Nawaz is one of two Faiths Act Fellows of the Tony Blair Faith Foundation based at Malaria No More UK from July 2011. The Faiths Act Fellowship is a year-long, international Fellowship that brings together future leaders inspired by faith to serve as interfaith ambassadors for the United Nation’s Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) with a particular focus on malaria.
